Vibeplot.ai provides an AI-powered data visualization service that allows users to create plots and charts from their data. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Data
You retain all rights to your data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the visualization service. We do not store your CSV data after processing is complete.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibeplot.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
